Membership
You can become a student member of IEEE for $27 USD for a full year and $13.50 USD for half a year, if you are an undergraduate (bachelor) or graduate (Master or Ph.D.) student at AAU. This is a promotional price to attract students to IEEE and you get all the benefits that IEEE members get.
